INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 West 7th Street
On Monday, May 11th, 2015 at 4:42 p.m., The Duluth Police Department and Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant in the area of 100 West 7th Street. During the search warrant, 88 grams of heroin and approximately $7,000 in cash were seized.
25 year old Courtney Phillip Taylor of Chicago IL, 24 year old Brittany Simone Brown and 33 year old Darryl Franklin Bowser were arrested on 1st Degree Sale of Heroin Charges. Bowser was also taken into custody for two felony warrants stemming from a shooting incident in April. The charges on the warrants were for 2nd Degree Assault and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
