INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 Block of Fir Avenue
On Saturday, May 30th 2015 at 6:55 p.m. Duluth Police responded to an address in the 100 Block of Fir Avenue on a report of a deceased person. Duluth Police Investigators are currently investigating the incident as a homicide. The cause and manner have not been officially determined. The identity of the victim is not being released until a positive identification is determined and notification to the family has been made. No one is in custody and the Duluth Police Department does not believe this is a random act. No other information is available at this time and we will update as information becomes available.
