INCIDENT LOCATION: Lincoln Park Area in Duluth
The Duluth Police Department's response to the 911 disruption in the Lincoln Park area will be the following:
- Duluth Police will be hiring an additional squad to assist in covering the Lincoln Park area.
- The Duluth Citizen's Patrol will be out specifically to service the outage area in the Lincoln Park area. They will be out patrolling the area so if there is an emergency or need to report an incident, you can flag them down.
The #2 Fire Hall will be open if you need to go there to report a 911 emergency or incident.
76% of 911 calls are made from cell phones. Cell phone coverage is not affected. You can also contact the 911 Communications Center by calling the non-emergency number at (218) 625-3581.
The 911 service disruption in the Lincoln Park area is expected to last until Monday.
