The Duluth Police Department will be holding a Community Notification meeting on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender, Dennis James Armstrong, DOB 07/10/1972.
 
The meeting will on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010 at 6:30 PM.  It will be held at the Good Fellowship Center, 1242 88th Avenue West in Morgan Park.
 
Armstrong is now living on England Avenue in the Riverside Neighborhood of Duluth.
 
Armstrong has a history of sexual contact with male and female victims ages 5-7.  Armstrong is known to the victims and the contact included penetration.
