INCIDENT LOCATION: 11th Avenue East and London Road
On Saturday, June 27th 2015, the 1100 block of London Road will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 6:00 a.m. to set up for the Rhubarb Festival.
East bound traffic traveling on London Road will not be allowed past 10th Avenue East. Traffic heading west on London Road will be directed up 12th Avenue East. Event parking is allowed inside the barricaded area on the upper and lower sides of London Road. The Rhubarb Festival will start at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 4:00 p.m. The 1100 Block of London Road will reopen by 6:00 p.m.
Please slow down, use caution and watch for pedestrians along with officers directing traffic in the area.
