Concrete Repairs at Woodland Ave and 21 Ave E Starting June 29
 
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public of concrete repair work that is needed at the corner of Woodland Ave and 21st Ave East. Pavement repair will be starting on the lower side of Woodland Ave on Monday, June 29, 2015 with estimated project completion in mid-August. 
 
This intersection will be closed starting Monday and a detour will be in place utilizing Fourth Street, 24th Ave E and Kent Road. Local residents will still have access to their homes.
