The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 38 year old, ERIC JASON DAHLBERG SR. Dahlberg is currently living in the vicinity of Mesaba Avenue and 1st Street in Duluth. Offender engaged in sexual contact with a 13 year old female victim. Contact included fondling breasts and buttocks over clothing. Offender gained access to victim when she admitted him to the residence where she was babysitting, mistakenly believing him to be someone else. Offender used force to gain compliance. Offender's relationship to victim is unclear. In 1994 in St. Louis County, the offender engaged in sexual contact with a 14 year old female victim. Contact included fondling, fellatio, and penile-vaginal penetration. Offender gained access to victim while riding in a vehicle where victim was a passenger. Offender took advantage of victim's intoxicated and sleeping state, and used force (punched her in the face several times) to gain compliance. Offender met victim just prior to contact.
