INCIDENT LOCATION: Area of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 26 year old, Delton Roy Misquadace.  Misquadace is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street in Duluth. Offender engaged in sexual contact with a 15 year old female. Contact included removal of clothing and repeated penile-vaginal penetration.  Offender took advantage of the victim’s intoxicated state.   Offender was known (brief acquaintance) to victim.

Misquadace is described as:

• Race: Native American

• Height: 5’10”

• Weight: 288 pounds

• Eyes: Brown
