INCIDENT LOCATION: 2800 West 1st Street Duluth
On Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 at 7:00 a.m., the Duluth Police Department, the Duluth Police Tactical Response Team, and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force conducted a search warrant at a residence in the 2800 Block of West 1st Street in Duluth. During the search warrant, officers located marijuana, $4,000 in cash, and evidence of drug sales. 46 year old Tony Tharaldson was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail on Aiding and Abetting 5th Degree Sale of Marijuana, Disorderly House, and Child Endangerment.
Tharaldson is currently out on bail for 2 counts of Aggravated Tampering with a Witness in the First Degree, Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree, 2 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Felony Receiving Stolen Property, and 2nd Degree Test Refusal.
