INCIDENT LOCATION: 350 Harbor Drive Duluth
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing child Elijandro Backman. Backman is a 9 year old Native American male, approximately 4 ft. tall, has short brown hair and brown eyes. Backman was last seen at the DECC Arena wearing a red shirt with a design on the front, blue shorts, and white shoes. Backman has ran away in the past however, the Duluth Police Department wants the public’s assistance in locating Backman to ensure Backman returns home safely. If you see or know of Backman’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911.
