Section of 4th Ave West to Temporarily Close for Repairs
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities department will be making repairs to 4th Ave West in downtown Duluth (between Superior Street and the alley, leading up to West First Street) starting Wednesday, July 22.  This portion of the avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic until Friday afternoon. The sidewalk on the east side will remain open. Repairs are being made to the road where previous utility work had been done.
