10th Ave East Reconstruction Progressing

[Duluth, MN] - Crews working on the reconstruction of street and utilities on10th Ave East in the Hillside neighborhood are making good progress. Crews will be opening up 3rd Street by the end of day Friday, July 24 for vehicular traffic. Work will continue above 3rd Street up to 5th Street and motorists are encouraged to use signed detour routes. The project is slated for completion by the end of August this year.
