The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the release of Level III Predatory Offender, Wesley Gordon Vandell, dob 11/08/1970.
Vandell is homeless in the Downtown area of Duluth.
Vandell’s history includes sexual contact with female victims, ages 13-16. Vandell gained compliance by holding parties at his home and providing alcohol to his victims. The incidents involved penetration and Vandell videotaped the assaults. He was known to his victims.
The physical description of Vandell is:

Height: 5 feet 9
Weight: 141 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Brown
Build: Slender
Complexion: Fair
