Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 23 year old Justin Charles Dowell. Dowell has felony warrants for his arrest for violation of probation stemming from Financial Transaction Card Fraud, Theft, and Possession of a Controlled Substance cases.
Dowell is described as a white male, 6 ft. tall, 160 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair. If anyone has information or knows the whereabouts of Dowell, they are asked to call 911.
