INCIDENT LOCATION: 18th Avenue East and 3rd Street Duluth
On Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 at 1:46 p.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 26 year old Calvin Golar, 22 year old Robert Burgess, and 34 year old Leonard Tillman, all from Chicago, for selling heroin near the Endion Park located near 18th Avenue East and 3rd Street. Burgess, Golar and Tillman were taken to the St. Louis County Jail and were formally charged in St. Louis District Court for Aid & Abet Controlled Substance Crime in the Second Degree (Sale of Heroin in a Park Zone).
