At noon, 4th Street will be closed to traffic from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue East, and also from 6th Avenue to 7th Avenue East for event setup. During this time 6th Avenue East will remain open to traffic.

At 1:00 p.m. 6th Avenue East will also be closed from 3rd Street to 5th Street in addition to the earlier 4th Street closure. Down bound 6th Avenue East traffic will be diverted at 5th Street; east toward 7th Avenue East and west toward 5th Avenue East.  North bound 6th Avenue East traffic will be east on 2nd Street toward 7th Avenue East, or west on 3rd Street toward 5th Avenue East.  Access to the Whole Foods Coop will be from 7th Avenue East.  Access to Super America will be from 7th Avenue East through the alley below 4th Street, and over to 6th Avenue East.

Duluth Transit Authority:

North bound DTA buses will travel east on 2nd  Street to 7th  Avenue East, turn left up 7th  Avenue to 5th  Street and turn left  to 6th  Avenue East where it will continue north bound.  South bound DTA buses will come down 6th Avenue East and turn left on 5th Street, and then right on 7th Avenue East to 3rd Street where they will turn right and continue west bound on 3rd Street.

The Festival ends at 7:00 p.m. at which time 6th Avenue East will reopen.  However, 4th Street remains closed until 8:00 p.m. for festival tear down.
