Traffic Signal Installation Planned for 5th Ave West (downtown Duluth)

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is informing the public that north bound 5th Ave West will be closed on August 25, 2015 from 9:00 PM to about Midnight for the installation of a new traffic signal pole at 5th Ave West and Superior Street in downtown Duluth. During that period, workers will be blocking the north bound (up) section of 5th Ave West between Michigan and Superior Street.  Traffic will be detoured on to Michigan then to 4th Ave West. Motorists should also watch for workers with flags directing traffic.
