Heroin Drug Arrest

On Friday, August 21st, 2015 Duluth Police arrested 19 year old CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL PARGO AKA "C" of Chicago, IL for selling heroin in Duluth. During the investigation it was determined that PARGO was meeting customers and selling them heroin in and around Irving Park located in West Duluth. PARGO was arrested while in the middle of a heroin transaction in the parking lot above the soccer field at Irving Park.

Additionally, investigators executed a search warrant at a residence near Irving Park where PARGO was storing additional heroin. Investigators seized an additional 35 grams of heroin which was packaged for sale. The street value of the heroin seized in this investigation is approximately $7,000.00.

Pargo was formally charged this morning in St. Louis County District Court with 1st degree sale of heroin and 2nd degree sale of heroin in a park zone.

This arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Duluth Police Department and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant St. Louis County Attorney Jon Holets.
