Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 31 year old Heather Anne Schafer. Schafer has a felony warrant for her arrest for violation of probation stemming from financial transaction card fraud and controlled substance cases. She has additional warrants for her arrest for failure to appear on a controlled substance case in Saint Louis County and a theft case in Ramsey County.
Schafer is described as a white female, 5’6" tall, 145 lbs., with blue eyes and Blonde/Auburn hair. If anyone has information or knows the whereabouts of Schafer, they are asked to call 911.
