Aerial Lift Bridge to Lift on an As Needed Basis Through End of Shipping Season
[Duluth, MN] - The Aerial Lift Bridge is transitioning out of its summer lift schedule starting today, September 8. Bridge Operators will no longer be lifting on the half hour and full hour and will instead be lifting the Aerial Lift Bridge based on requests from water vessel operators for the rest of the shipping season. The summer schedule usually runs from the Friday before Memorial Day until the day after Labor Day.
