Traffic Advisory

 

The Catholic Diocese of Duluth will celebrate its 125th Anniversary on Saturday, September 12th with a march from the Holy Rosary Cathedral Church to the DECC. The march will start at noon and will result in several short interruptions in vehicle traffic along the way.

 

Several Duluth Police Officers and Reserves in squads will be accompanying the marchers as they travel along 4th Street from Wallace Avenue to 2nd Avenue West, a short distance on 3rd Street from 16th Avenue East to 12th Avenue East, 2nd Avenue West from 4th Street down to 1st Street, 1st Street from 2nd Avenue West to 5th Avenue West, and on 5th Avenue West from 1st Street down to the DECC.

 

Drivers traveling in these areas during the march should drive with due care, watch for Duluth Police Officers directing traffic, and expect short delays.
