The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Sheila Lou St. Clair. St. Clair is a 48 year old Native American female, 5’5" tall, 125 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. St. Clair has not been seen since sometime before September 1st in the area of the 100 block of West 3rd Street. If you see or know St. Clair’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911.
