Pedestrian Slip Bridge to Remain Up Due to High Winds

[Duluth, MN] Due to high south winds, the blue pedestrian bridge in Canal Park will remain up until tomorrow morning. The bridge will go up when the next request comes in from a boat and will remain raised thereafter. High south winds make it difficult for the bridge to lower, which can damage the cables.
