The Duluth Police Department continues to actively investigate the disappearance of Sheila Lou St. Clair. Duluth Police believe St. Clair was planning to leave Duluth for the White Earth Reservation. St. Clair never arrived there. If you any information about the suspicious nature of St. Clair’s disappearance we are urging you to contact the Duluth Police Investigators at (218) 730-5050. Sheila Lou St. Clair is described as a 48 year old Native American female, 5’5" tall, 125 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
