3rd Street Closed Between 9 AM and 3 PM on October 9th
3rd Street will be closed to through traffic between Lake Avenue and 2nd Avenue West to allow for Hanco Utilities and the City of Duluth to install a new gas main connection on 1st Avenue West.
The closure is scheduled between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM on Friday, October 9th. The suggested detour for west bound 3rd Street traffic is Lake Avenue to 4th Street, then 4th to 2nd Avenue West, and 2nd Avenue West back to 3rd Street.
