INCIDENT LOCATION: 7th Avenue East and 13th Street Duluth
On Saturday, October 24th, 2015 at 9:41 a.m. Duluth Police responded to the area of 7th Avenue East and 13th Street on a report of a burglary. Officers arrived at the scene and investigated the incident. 50 year old Harold Short was arrested in connection with the burglary. Short was taken to the St. Louis County Jail and has been formally charged in St. Louis County Court for 1st Degree Burglary.
Short has a criminal history to include felony theft, possession of controlled substance charges, and traffic related violations.
