Duluth Workforce Center Offers Free Classes -

Safe Food Handling Certification

 

[Duluth, MN] - The Duluth Workforce Center is partnering with the Minnesota Workforce Center and the National Restaurant Association to offer free classes for those individuals interested in working in the food service industry. ServSafe classes train people on the rules and regulations of safe food management for commercial kitchens. Upon passing the test, participants will receive a Servsafe Certificate which is helpful to gain employment at restaurants. The multi-day classes will be offered starting November 2 and run from 1-4 PM each day. Please contact the Duluth Workforce Center to register.   

Classes begin Monday, November 2

November 9, 10, 12

November 16, 17, 19

1—4 p.m.

(Additional tutoring support time available 12-1pm)
