Notice of Public Hearings - Duluth Public Utilities Commission Meeting November 17

 

[Duluth, MN] - The Duluth Public Utilities Commission will hold public hearings regarding a proposed stormwater rate increase and a clean water surcharge decrease. The hearings will be held during the regular Duluth Public Utilities Commission meeting on November 17, 2015, at 5:15 p.m. in Duluth City Council Chambers (411 West First Street, 3rd floor). The purpose of the hearings will be to discuss the current state of the stormwater and clean water utilities, to explain the proposed changes to the stormwater rates and the clean water surcharge and to receive comments from the public. The proposed changes consist of an increase of $0.67 per Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) for the stormwater utility and a decrease of $0.67 for the clean water surcharge.
