The Duluth Police Department will be holding a press conference today at 11:00 a.m. in the Central Hillside Park located at 12 East 4th Street. During this press conference, we will be discussing a reward that will be offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance of St. Clair.
