INCIDENT LOCATION: 8th Avenue East and 4th Street Duluth
On Saturday, November 7th, 2015 at 1:29 a.m., Duluth Police responded to the area of 8th Avenue East and 4th Street on a report of a vehicle prowl in progress. Officers arrived at the scene along with a MN State Trooper who located 29 year old Nicholas Pincombe inside a vehicle with stolen items in his possession. Pincombe was transported to the St. Louis County Jail on charges of 2 counts of motor vehicle tampering, 4th degree criminal damage to property and theft.
