INCIDENT LOCATION: 3300 Block Restormel Street Duluth
On Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 at 9:44 p.m. Duluth Police responded to the 3300 block of Restormel Street on a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle, which was reported stolen. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver of the vehicle identified as 23 year old Forrest Michael St. John. During search incident to arrest, St. John had a stolen firearm and approximately 60 grams of methamphetamine in his possession. St. John was taken to jail and charged in the St. Louis County District Court on 1st Degree Possession of a controlled substance and felon in possession of a firearm.
St. John has a criminal history that includes a number of prior convictions for crimes of violence to include 2nd degree burglary, terroristic threats, and felony assault.
