4th Street Water Main Project Wraps Up


  

[Duluth, MN] - The water main replacement project along East 4th Street (between 14th and 16th Ave East) is near completion. This project replaced aging water lines in preparation for the upcoming St. Louis County 4th Street reconstruction project taking place next year. During this week and the week of November 30th, crews will connect and test the water main between 14th Ave E and 15th Ave E, conduct sidewalk and pavement patching, install center line stripes, restore the boulevard and do final clean-up for winter shutdown. During this period, 4th Street will remain closed between 14th and 16th Ave East but will reopen following the cleanup. The City thanks the public for their patience during this busy construction season.
