INCIDENT LOCATION: 1500 Block East 1St Street Duluth

On Sunday, November 29th, 2015 at 4:22 p.m. Duluth Police responded to the area of the 1500 block of East 1st Street on a report of a robbery.  Officers arrived at the scene and spoke to the 26 year old male pizza delivery driver who stated that when he arrived at the delivery location, a male suspect approached his vehicle and displayed a gun.  The victim stated that the suspect reached in his vehicle taking a pizza, his wallet, a bottle of soda and then fled the area.  A Duluth K9 Officer was able to successfully track the suspect to a residence in the area and officers took the male suspect into custody.  The suspect was identified as 20 year old Shaun Antonio Ferguson.  Ferguson was taken to jail and was criminally charged in St. Louis County District Court on 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery.
