maurices construction requires closure of two downtown roads December 17
[Duluth, MN] - Work is progressing on the maurices Headquarters and the contractors will be using a crane to lift materials to the upper levels of the building. This work will require closure of the following Avenues on Thursday December 17, 2015: (times are approximate):
- From 8:30 am to 12:00 noon, 4th Ave W between Superior St and the 1st Street alley (alley will be accessible)
- From 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, 5th Ave W northbound from Superior St to the 1st Street alley
The closures will follow in the specified order and were scheduled so as not to conflict with rush hour.
