Michigan Street in Downtown Duluth to Reopen to Traffic Today
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities department is informing the public that Michigan Street in downtown Duluth will fully reopen to traffic today by 4:00 PM. Michigan Street, between 2nd and 3rd Ave West, had been closed during construction of the new Duluth Transportation Center. New traffic signals are in place at the corner of 3rd Ave West and West Michigan Street but access to 3rd Ave West from the frontage road is not yet available. As a reminder, the parking facility in the Duluth Transit Center is open for use.
