INCIDENT LOCATION: 1600 Miller Trunk Hwy Duluth
On Thursday, January 21, 2016, the Duluth Police Department in conjunction with the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force was performing narcotics surveillance in the area of 1600 Miller Trunk Highway. During the surveillance investigators were able to observe a drug transaction between the below arrested individuals and a 16 year old juvenile female.
The substance sold to the juvenile tested positive for the presence of heroin. The following individuals were charged in St. Louis County District court:
19 year old Hermantown resident Lyndsey Lee Bender was Charged with 1 count of Sale of a Schedule 1 or 2 Narcotic Drug in the Second Degree
20 year old Duluth resident Matthew Michael Scanlon was Charged with 1 count of Aiding and Abetting Sale of a Schedule 1 or 2 Narcotic Drug in the Second Degree
27 year old Chicago ,IL resident - Antonio Deshaun Brady was charged with 1 count of Aiding and Abetting Sale of a Schedule 1 or 2 Narcotic Drug in the Second Degree
