INCIDENT LOCATION: 2600 block West Superior Street Duluth
On Monday, January 26th, 2016 at 1:10 p.m. Duluth Police responded to the Park State Bank in Lincoln Park located in the 2600 block of West Superior Street on a report of a bank robbery. Today at 1:04 p.m. Duluth Police arrested 45 year old Derrick Angelo Harper in the area of the 100 East block of Superior Street in connection with the bank robbery. Harper was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail and charges are being requested through the St. Louis County District Court for 2nd Degree Aggravated Robbery. Harper is currently on Federal parole for bank robbery.
