INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 block East 4th Street Duluth
On Thursday, January 28th, 2016 at 1:20 p.m. Duluth and Superior Police Departments and Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment complex in the area of 100 block of East 4th Street in Duluth. During the search, 45.4 grams of Heroin was seized. 19 year old Rubin Marcello Joniken of Chicago, IL was taken to jail and charged in St. Louis County District Court for Possession of 25 grams or more of Heroin in the First Degree. 30 year old Cornelius Durell Clinkscales of Duluth was arrested on a Felony Violation of Probation Warrant stemming from a 1st Degree sale of Heroin Charge back in 2014.
