Public invited to participate in
police community assessment
The Duluth Task Force for Improved Community Police Accountability is pleased to announce that Eileen Luna-Firebaugh will be in Duluth on March 17 -20 to initiate a community assessment for developing the most effective civilian review process for the Duluth Police Department.
Luna-Firebaugh is a University of Arizona Professor of American Indian Law and Policy and a consultant on civilian oversight of law enforcement and police accountability systems.
During her visit, Luna-Firebaugh will be meeting with community members, police officers, and government officials. The entire community is invited to share perspectives on community - police relations in Duluth in a variety of ways.
