INCIDENT LOCATION: 2000 block West 4th Street Duluth

On Friday, February 5th, 2016 at 1:40 p.m. Duluth Police and Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment complex in the area of the 2000 block of West 4th Street.  Prior to the execution of the search warrant, investigators observed a drug transaction taking place outside the apartment building.  Heroin and cash were located in the vehicle where the transaction took place.  During the execution of the search warrant, 5 grams of individually packaged Heroin, 11.5 grams of crack cocaine and a substantial amount of cash was seized.  35 year old Aaron Andre Reynolds of Chicago, IL was arrested and charged with Aid and Abet 2nd Degree Controlled Substance Crime and 3rd Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance. 26 year old Katrina Liekeshia Mabry of Duluth was arrested and charged with First Degree Controlled Substance Crime and Aid and Abet 2nd Degree Controlled Substance Crime.  Reynolds and Mabry were formally charged in St. Louis District Court on the charges.

Reynolds has a lengthy criminal history to include convictions of simple robbery, domestic assaults, past drug conviction, false name to police and several driving convictions.
