INCIDENT LOCATION: 2300 block of West 6th Street Duluth
On Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 at 9:10 a.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2300 block of West 6th Street. During the search warrant, investigators located 29 grams of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 20 year old Donald Perry Felver and 34 year old Amanda Marie Lee both of Duluth were arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail. Felver was charged with First Degree Aid and Abet Controlled Substance Crime and Lee was charged with 1st Degree and 2nd Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance Crime. Both were formally charged in St. Louis County District Court on the charges.
Felver has a criminal history to include several 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Crime, theft, obstructing legal process and several driving charges. Lee also has a criminal history to include 1st degree sale and possession of a controlled substance charge, 5th degree possession charge and identity theft.
