On Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 at 8:45 p.m. Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of West 3rd Street.  Investigators made entry into the residence after hearing individuals running around inside.  26 year old Amberley Constance Sargent broke and jumped out a window to evade arrest.  31 year old Robert Tauqueer Johnson of Rochester, MN assisted in breaking the window causing lacerations to his hands.   The investigators found a trail of U.S. Currency leading from the couch to the window and seized 15.4 grams of Heroin, some packaged for sale and some packaged in bulk.  Packaging material, scales and a large amount of cash were also seized.  Johnson initially gave a false name at the residence but provided his real name at the hospital.  Sargent and Johnson were taken to jail and formally charged in St. Louis County District Court on Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Controlled Substance Crime.
