Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 38 year old, TARAN LAVAR BUCHANAN. Buchanan is currently living in the vicinity of the 1800 block of West 1st Street in Duluth. Offender has a history of sexual contact with a 12 year old female. Contact includes penetration and the offender was known to the victim.  Buchanan is described a black male, 6’0” tall, 219 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
