INCIDENT TIME: 2:08 a.m.
INCIDENT LOCATION: 700 Garfield Avenue in Duluth

On Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Duluth Police Officers responded to a security alarm at the Goodwill Building located at 700 Garfield Avenue in Duluth.  Officers responded to the scene and determined that the outside doors were secure although one of the doors appeared to be easily opened.  A search of the building was conducted by officers and with the help of a K9 partner.  50 year old Daniel Paul St. Arnold of Duluth was found hiding inside.  Arnold was arrested later admitting that he entered the building after finding a door open and that he intended to take clothing.  St. Arnold was taken to jail and was formally charged in St. Louis District Court with 3rd Degree Burglary.
