Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 26 year old, ROBERT EDWARD BERENDT III. Berendt is currently living in the vicinity of the 200 block of 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.  Offender has a history of physically assaulting an adult female victim, using threats and a weapon to gain compliance.  Offender also attempted to sexually assault the victim. Offender was known to the victim.

 

Berendt is described a white male, 6’3” tall, 154 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair.
