[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Emily Larson and Ryan Boman with PLB Properties will hold a news conference to announce the future development of 72 new market rate housing units made possible by a $1 million grant award from the State of Minnesota, Department of Employment and Economic Development Workforce Housing Development Program. The City of Duluth submitted the application in partnership with PLB Properties, the developer.
Mayor Larson and Mr. Boman will make brief comments and be available for questions.
