INCIDENT LOCATION: 800 block of East Upham Road in Duluth
On Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 at 4:34 p.m. Duluth Police, Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, along with Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) executed a search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of East Upham Road. During the execution of the search warrant, 19 individually packaged pieces of Heroin weighing a total of 21.6 grams, other evidence of Heroin sales, along with small amount of cash were seized. 26 year old Michael Williams of Chicago, IL was taken to jail and has been formally charged in St. Louis District Court on 1st Degree Sale of Heroin Charge.
