New parking facility to open at maurices Headquarters, 

monthly contracts now available

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is excited to announce the availability of over 400 monthly parking contracts in the ramp being built at 410 West First Street, as part of the maurices Headquarters.

Individuals interested in securing a parking space in the new ramp should fill out this simple form www.duluthmn.gov/parking/410-parking/ print it out and submit it in hard copy to the City Clerk’s office, 3^rd floor of Duluth City Hall (411 West First Street). The forms will be accepted starting at 10 AM Wednesday, March 9.

Parking spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis with contracts to start as early as April 2016. Contracted stalls are designated strictly for monthly subscribers during the business hours of 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM.   

The monthly rates are anticipated to be about $90 (including tax) which is comparable to other covered ramps downtown. Non-contract stalls will be available for hourly parking at the rate of $2/hour. Hourly customers will be able to pay with a credit card or cash. Rates for evening parkers between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM is a flat $4 fee.

The Duluth Parking office will follow up with interested persons and finalize the process with a formal contract and payment.
