Relocation of Level III Predatory Offender

 

The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender 37 year old, CHRISTOPHER DANIEL WAYNE RUX. Rux is currently living in the vicinity of the 700 block of West 1st Street in Duluth.

 

Offender has a history of engaged in sexual contact with a 15 year old female victim. Contact included penile-vaginal penetration and offender was known to victim.  Offender engaged in sexual contact with a 12 year old female victim.  Contact included digital-vaginal penetration, having the victim fondle his penis, and asking her for penile-vaginal penetration.  Offender was known to the victim.  Offender engaged in sexual contact with a 14 year old male on multiple occasions over a six-month period.  Contact included fellatio and penile-anal penetration. Offender was known to the victim.  Offender engaged in sexual contact with a 10 year old male on multiple occasions over a seven-month period.  Contact included sexual touching and masturbation.  Offender was known to the victim.  Offender took part in transporting and physically assaulting an adult male victim and leaving him for dead.  Offender was known to the victim.  Offender also self-reported a single episode of molesting his 3 year old female victim. Offender was known to the victim.

 

Rux is described a white male, 6’2” tall, 185 lbs., with blue eyes and brownish blonde hair.
