Pothole repairs on East 4th Street postponed due to weather
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth is postponing the pothole repairs along East 4th Street between 12th and 13th Avenues due to current soil conditions and impending rain. With the projected rain and possibly snow over the next couple of days, the wet soil would not allow for proper compaction and stabilization of the asphalt patch. Once conditions improve, the City will issue an updated public notice before commencing the repairs.
